Who we are
A Brisbane hire company, run out of Yatala
Party Hire Brisbane has been supplying party and event equipment across greater Brisbane since 2019. We run everything from our own depot at Yatala — the equipment is ours, the van is ours, and the person who turns up to set it up works for us.
That matters more than it sounds. When you hire through us you are not booking a broker who sub-contracts the job to whoever is free. If something needs sorting on the day, you are talking to the people who own the gear.
What we hire out
Slushie and cocktail machines, jukeboxes, karaoke, PA systems and party speakers, photo booths, LED glow furniture, light-up numbers, neon signs and backdrops, tables, chairs, trestles and bar tables, laser lighting, projectors and screens, plus fairy floss and popcorn machines.
Most of it goes out for birthdays — 18ths, 21sts, 30ths, 40ths and 50ths — along with weddings and engagements, corporate functions, school events, pool parties and plain old backyard get-togethers.
How it works
Three steps, and we do two of them

Pick your gear
Browse the range or ring us and tell us what the event is. We will tell you honestly what suits the venue, the guest numbers and the budget — including when you do not need the bigger machine.

We deliver and set it up
Delivery windows run 9:00am to 2:00pm. Everything arrives fully assembled and we place it where you want it, wherever it is safe to do so.

We come back for it
Collection is the following day, so an overnight hire counts as a single day. Nothing to pack down at midnight, nothing to drop back.
Straight answers
Things worth knowing up front
Flat $40 delivery
Delivery and collection is a flat $40 on orders over $150 to most residential addresses in Brisbane. Commercial venues, schools, clubs, hotels and Air BnBs attract additional fees.
Overnight is one day
Delivered one day, collected the next, charged as a single day hire.
It arrives assembled
All equipment comes fully assembled and ready to use. Large or difficult installs may incur an extra setup fee.
Outdoors is fine, under cover
The equipment is happy outside as long as it stays under cover and dry — for your safety as much as the gear’s.
We don’t supply alcohol
No liquor licence, so spirits are up to you. For cocktail machines, allow up to 1 litre of alcohol per 10 litres of mix.
Easy enough to run yourself
We don’t usually supply staff to operate equipment — it’s all straightforward, and we’ll show you on delivery.
