How it works

Worth Thinking About Early

Power dictates everything else

Work out your power first. A park with no outlet rules out half the food machines unless a generator is on the list.

Heaters are outdoor only

The area heater burns gas and must stay outside and uncovered. Never under a marquee with the sides closed in.

Add bollard sections as needed

They hire per metre section, so you can run as long a line as the entrance needs.

Gas is included

The heater arrives with a full 9kg bottle, so you are not chasing a swap and go on the day.

Questions We Get Asked

What will the generator run?

Our slushie, popcorn, fairy floss and soft serve machines all run off it, and so will the PA. Tell us what you are plugging in and we will size it for you.

Is fuel included with the generator?

It arrives fuelled and ready to start. For a long day you may need a top up, and we will tell you roughly how much at booking.

How much area does the heater cover?

It comfortably warms a group of around eight to ten people standing near it. For a bigger patio, two spread apart works better than one in the middle.

Can the heater go under a marquee?

Only an open sided one with plenty of clearance above. It is a naked flame burning gas, so never in an enclosed space.

How many bollards do we need?

Count one section per metre of the line you want to make, then add one. A typical entrance run is four to six.

Do these come with the rest of the order?

Yes, it all arrives on one delivery. Fees and areas are on our delivery page.
