How Much Do We Need?
Rough rules of thumb. Tell us your guest count and we will do the maths for you.
Standing functions
Allow one bar table for every four to five guests, with stools for about a third of the room. The rest will stand, mingle and move between groups.
Sit-down meals
A trestle table seats six comfortably with a chair each, so 60 guests works out at ten trestles and 60 chairs. Add a couple of spare tables for food and drinks.
Evening functions
Glow cubes and snake benches double as seating and mood lighting once the sun goes down, and run on battery so there are no cords across the floor.
Speeches and presentations
A 400 watt PA with two wireless microphones covers speeches in most function rooms. Add the projector and 2.4m screen for slides and awards.

Electrical equipment is tested and tagged where required, so it is ready to plug in at the venue without a hold-up on the day.

A tax invoice with every order. Delivery across greater Brisbane on orders of $150 or more, or collect from our Yatala depot.

Questions We Get Asked
Do you deliver to venues and workplaces?
Yes. We deliver to function venues, offices and workplaces across greater Brisbane, and can time the drop-off and pick-up around your venue’s bump-in and bump-out.
Do you set the equipment up?
Larger items like the cocktail machines, jukebox, photo booth and PA are set up and tested on delivery. Tables and chairs are delivered to the room ready for you to arrange.
Can we get a certificate of currency?
Yes. Ask when you book and we will send the certificate to you or straight to your venue.
How far ahead should we book?
Christmas parties and end-of-financial-year events go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable for most functions, but call us for anything sooner and we will see what we can do.
