Questions We Get Asked
Do we need to know how to work it?
No. It is a touch screen — your guests browse and queue songs themselves, the same as a jukebox in a pub. We show you the basics on delivery and that is genuinely all there is to it.
Can we play our own music?
Yes. Bring a USB stick with your own tracks and the jukebox will play them alongside the built-in library. Handy for a first dance or a playlist you have already built.
What if our song is not on the karaoke list?
Ring us before your date. We can often add specific tracks to the machine ahead of delivery, as long as we have a bit of notice.
How loud does it go?
400 watts, which comfortably fills a backyard or a hall. If you are running a bigger space, add the PA system or the PartyBox and we will help you place them.
Is the laser light really included?
Yes, free with both jukeboxes. Delivery and collection is the standard flat $40 on orders over $150.
Can it go outside?
Under cover and dry, yes. Keep it out of the rain and off wet grass, and give it a normal power point within reach.
