How Much Do You Actually Need?
One trestle seats six
Eight if people are happy to be close. For a sit-down meal, count one trestle per six guests and add one spare for food.
Bar tables are for standing
A cocktail party runs on bar tables and stools. Allow one bar table per six to eight standing guests.
Order a few spare chairs
People move them, break off into groups, and someone always brings a plus-one. Two or three spare is cheap insurance.
Cloths are sized to our tables
The fitted cloths only suit our own trestles and bar tables. Black or white, same price.

Questions We Get Asked
Do you set the tables up?
We deliver them stacked and put them where you want them. Standing tables up and laying cloths is generally your job, unless you have arranged setup with us.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum on the gear itself, but delivery is a flat $40 on orders over $150. Under $150 you are welcome to collect from our Yatala depot.
Can they go on grass?
Yes. Trestles and chairs are fine on a lawn. Bar tables and stools are happier on something firm and level.
What if it rains?
Keep them under cover where you can. They will survive a shower, but they need to go back dry, so a tarp or a marquee is worth having.
Do we have to clean them?
Give them a wipe if they get food on them. Normal use is expected and we do not charge for it.
How far ahead should we book?
Chairs and trestles go quickly over spring and summer weekends. If you have a date and a headcount, ring us and we will put them aside.
